My Leadership Philosophy

As an authentic leader, my top priority is leading my team honestly, yet productively. Not only do I strive to be connected with my team, I always try to go the extra step for the them to succeed. I have a strong sense of purpose, a positive attitude, and the self-discipline needed to be a successful leader.

Most importantly, I look at my team as just that: my team. Not a group of people below me who listen as I talk about business, but as others equal to me that I can trust and know they trust me. I understand my position as a leader and keep a strong shoulder they can lean on. I also understand and have to ability to correct someone should they take my kindness for granted.

A balance of kind respect that comes from trust and being able to get our work done; That is what my heart believes is the best way to move forward.
